Why is it that always right before we play Buffalo they seem to make coaching changes? last time it was Ruff to Rolston. now it's Rolston to Nolan.

You'd have to assume the league will be looking at this game due to what happened with everything with Scott/Kessel, Bernier/Miller (teehee). and the like, and quite frankly, if I were Carlyle i'd just scratch all the fighters and just try to get the four points.

(which, imo won't be too easy) - only because

    A: it's us
    and
    B: it's them.

Sabres could easily win with a new players' coach and a chance to start with a clean sheet.

Miller can win games all by himself.

Honestly, opening faceoff put out Orr, Fraser, McLaren, Clarkson and get it over with.

Not going to lie, this leafs team has been incredibly boring to watch lately.

Was passing out during the 2nd period of the wild game.

Well if Kadri is out too than we may not even have a chance against Buffalo. Too many lost players to even handle anymore. We have been boring as hell lately too. If we lose can we at least goon it up like the preseason game and have some brawls to wake us up or something. Give Orr and McLaren top 6 minutes, call up Broll and Devane.

    Projected Line Up:

    McLaren-McClement-Orr
    Devane- Smithson- Broll
    Ashton-Smith-Clarkson
Lupul-JVR-Kessel(give this line around 5-8 minutes, let Kessel come on when we need a fight to get the game going, preferably against Brian Flynn)

    Fraser-Phaneuf
    Ranger-Holzer
    Brennan-Gardiner

    BERNIER
    Reimer

Considering on how the last few games have gone, we could expect a chippy game on Friday/Saturday with lots of fights and penalties..

Who knows how this is going to go. Buffalo will probably be flying with the coaching change and adding Moulson who is eager to get a pay raise this summer. Not to mention all the injuries up the middle and likely a Kadri suspension. Could be a really tough set of games despite what the standings would say.

Frankly bring up anyone who can fight and keep the skilled guys guarded. Get whatever points you can get out of these games and hope for the best. Hopefully a week from now Kadri isn't suspended and Bozak and slide back into the lineup.

Got a bad feeling about this.

Coaching change. Players are gonna want to prove themselves.

Finally got their first home win the other night. They want to continue it.

And the sabre players are always ready to play against the leafs.

    And so Is Ryan miller.

Hopefully though we come out on top and LOTS OF BRAWLS BABY!

Agreed, despite our injuries, we should win both of these games.

Anything less than 3 points here isn't good enough

A lot of people thinking these will be 4 easy points, but Buffalo has improved their play a bit. Moulson's been playing great together with Cody Hodgson and they should be the ones to watch alongside Miller. I just hope this isn't the start of a losing streak.

I wish Rolston had been fired after they played us. Nolan is a pretty good coach and might be able to fire up the team.

Sabres will be fired up for their new coach and new found momentum.

But, leafs better come out with 4 points. Very tough schedule in december, need to rack up points now.

Its a Friday night game in Buffalo. I always expect to lose on those nights doesn't matter where the two teams are in the standings.

Our forward depth is done anyway, let's throw a goon on every line.

    McLaren-JvR-Kessel
    Lupul-Smith/Kadri-Orr
    Broll-McClement-Kulemin
    Devane-Smithson-Ashton

Or you could work Bodie in there. **** it, bring it on.

Buffalo has 1 ROW in 20 games.

Enough said, I don't care how good they may play due to the coaching change or how many injuries we have. We're easily the better team, and even when they play well they suck. Anything short of 4 points here is a failure
