I'm surprised Mason is still available. I know he got hurt a lot last year for the jets. But he was great in his stint with the flyers. I'd can Elliott and go back to Mason / Nuevy any day. But that won't happen.

Mason is a brooding head case and only average so no one wants to bother with that... yet. Injury then there's your excuse.

That said I'd take him over the starting tandem but that's not saying much.

Update for 2023-24. Ersson was very good between November 1st and February 29th. Very bad in October, March and April.

If they can assign him to the AHL, then that's where he belongs so he can prove himself...but I'm not so sure they can or if he would be willing to.
