Goalies in the Draft?

So this year didn't have any stand out goalie prospect, let alone any that was taken in the first round. However, there were a couple of goalies taken in the 2nd rd (Joel Gistedt by Phoenix, Antoine Lafleur by Rangers, Trevor Cann by Colorado, Jeremy Smith by Nashville) and a few in the 3rd rd (Timo Pielmeier by San Jose, Josh Unice by Chicago, and Tyson Sexsmith by San Jose). Does anyone know much about any of these goalies? Does anyone stand out from this crowd? Who would most likely make it to the NHL first?

I've heard nothing but good about Tyson Sexsmith, and now San Jose drafted him.

When it comes to goalies, that's about all you really need to know.

I think Gistedt and Trevor Cann both have a shot to be pretty good goalies. Tyson Sexsmith is a guy I have seen a lot of and I actually think he's a bit overrated. I think he really benefited from a great Giants team.

I think Mattias Modoig (#121 Anaheim) has the same change of make it in the NHL as Gistedt. One problem can of course be that Giguere is a better goalie than Tellqvist.

a couple of good ones didnt get picked.

metsola, mucha, leclerc.

modig could end up as a huge steal. he is allready one of the absolute best goalies in the SEL.

and i cant say im shocked that the sharks picked pielmeier. they seem to like german's. i might be wrong but i believe they have picked 4 german goalies the last 5-6 years.
