Goalie Rotation fix and roster update 5

1)Does anyone know when roster update 5 is going to be released
2) I was told Roster Update 4 was suppose to fix the goalie rotation issue and although more goalies are playing 60 games in a season. There are still many flaws. There are still lots of goalies still not playing near enough games. And goalies like Svedberg and Visentin are starting in the playoffs over a healthy Tukka Rask and Mike Smith. Thoughts? I thought this bug was supposed to be fixed.

This was without even doing any edits. Pretty frustrating.

Weird. I used the base line EA rosters (4th update) and summed out a GM mode to get my franchise plaque, and I had no issues with goalie rotation (nor did the AI, at least that I noticed).

I've been having the same problem with my newest one despite it being "fixed" in my previous GM mode.
