After every team has a GM , we will start the Trading period .. i will be approx 10 days long .
Then we will vote on the rankings of all the teams starting at 1 .
We will set up playoff matches via vote ..
Then hold the 2009 draft .. 2 days or so for that .
Trading starts March 16th 2009 at 12:30 (AT), 11:30(ET). Trading Will End on March 29th 2009 at 12:30(AT). People can still join on the fly but we have to get this started
