Erik Karlsson will be signing this afternoon if there aren't any more offers.

Tyler Myers will likely give a bit of time to see if anybody who misses out on Karlsson shows interest, but has an offer he likes and will likely sign today too.

Sergei Bobrovsky and Semyon Varlamov have decided where they will play next season (7 years contract for Bobrovsky, 5 years for Varlamov)

Two teams involved right now for Robin Lehner but considering the season he had, he is hoping for a better contract and better role but will settle for the best offer if he has to. Multiple KHL teams are interested but he wants to continue his career in the NHL.

:nhl

Bobrovsky, Varlamov and Mrazek have all signed.

Robin Lehner is expected to sign early tomorrow if he doesn’t get other offers.

The :habsare ecstatic to announce the signing of Erik Karlsson to a 7 year deal with an AAV of 14M/season with a full NMC.

Erik will be a cornerstone of the Habs for years and years and will help bring the team back to contender status.

Karlsson, Weber and Petry represent a strong defensive core who will mentor young guns Victor Mete, Noah Juulsen, Cale Fleury etc.

Karlsson and Huberdeau represent major additions that addressed massive needs within our organization.

Sign Anders Lee to a 6 years contract worth 6.75M$ per season.

Because we wanted more captains to surround our young guns!

We are very happy with our offseason. We were able to get younger while being able to get more competitive. Our offense is deep with a strong mix of young guns and leaders, our defense got better with what we consider the best top pairing in the NHL, and we were able to maintain our solid goaltending. While our future now looks very bright, we feel that we have what it takes to be a playoffs team as soon as this season.

I love how these players are signing for just money despite getting offered pretty similar money from a contender but they sign with a rebuilder and bottom feeder for 250,000 more.
