This thread will serve as the main game thread for GM Game #3. Trades, signings, results, and more will be announced here.

Rules

• This game will last for TWO seasons: the 2019-2020 season and the 2020-2021 season
• A full offseason (draft, UFA, etc.) will occur in between seasons
• All trades involving NTCs must be sent in to all 4 commissioners, and at least 2 must agree on all players with NTCs waiving
• The salary cap will be set at 81.5M for the 2019-2020 season and 85M for the 2020-2021 season
• The cap floor will be set at 61.5M for the 2019-2020 season and 65M for the 2020-2021 season
• Each GM will be allowed to select 1 team; if space permits, GMs may select a second (this will be denoted at a later point)
• PM me (@LatvianTwist) with the title "LT is the best" and your top 3 team selections; DO NOT REQUEST A TEAM IN THIS THREAD
• Team selection will be open for 48 hours
• Trades can begin immediately
• All trades are subject to commissioner approval; if a trade is unanimously thought to be too lopsided, it will be vetoed
• Any team without a GM will have all players become free agents in the offseason
• For any other questions, feel free to PM me or any other commissioner

Looking into all scenarios. Only untouchables are Elias Pettersson and Quinn Hughes. Biggest needs are to shed cap space(Eriksson, Sutter, Beagle, Baertschi) and to acquire a long term, top 4 d-man.

Bo Horvat, Brock Boeser, Tyler Toffoli, Adam Gaudette, Jake Virtanen all could be moved for the right offers.
