In their final move of the offseason, the Tampa Bay Lightning are ecstatic to announce the signing of legendary, star right winger Jaromir Jagr to a 1 year, 6M deal. Jaromir will slot onto our top line alongside Steven Stamkos and Martin St. Louis, forming what is no doubt the best line in the NHL. We still believe he has a lot left in the tank, and the skills are obviously still there.

Wings sign Kristian Huselius to a 3 year deal worth a total of 10.8 million dollars. We feel he will fit in very well to Detroit's puck possession style game.

Red Wings sign Alex Semin to a 14 year 105 million dollar contract. We feel like we overpaid, but he has consistently been at a PPG his career, without ever playing with a number 1 center. Now he will play with the second best center in the league in Datsyuk, and we feel he can hit 50 goals and 100 points consistently.

PHOENIX COYOTES

Have signed forwards Brad Boyes and Daymond Langkow, and stay-at-home defensemen Cory Sarich and Greg Zanon.

Boyes, is expected to get top-6 minutes playing in between either Langkow or Lombardi. He will also be counted on to log plenty of power-play minutes. Boyes signed a 2-year deal that will pay him $2.75M per year.

Langkow had a terrific season for us and we're happy to have him back. He looks to be fully recovered from the neck injury he suffered during the 2009-10 season. Daymond signed a 1-year deal that will pay him $2M this year.

In defensemen Cory Sarich and Greg Zanon we added two tough stay-at-home defenders who will serve as mentors to youngsters Brandon Gormley and Nick Petrecki. Sarich agreed to a 4-year deal worth $3.5M per year, while Zanon signed on for 4 years at $2M per.

brings back a pair of former draft picks, Steve Sullivan and Brendan Morrison.

Both agreed to a one year, $1.25 mil offer to fill out our offense and provide experience and leadership to a young squad.
