Nah. However poorly they'll try, the players will try to win. As a fan, you just have to accept that, no matter how much losing is better for the long term of the franchise. No team has ever lost every game. The Kings aren't the 92-93 Senators or Sharks. They're going to win at least a few games during the year. Cheer for wins all day, every day. The lottery will go the way it goes, no matter where the Kings finish. It's all out of our hands.

You're taking a couple hours every other day out of your life to watch them play, and more time talking about them, so cheer as you want. You're good. We're all good. We're all good, right? We're not doing anything wrong by caring, right?

Last time they switched it up with Hahn and Fox, so I guess they're trying to be more fair instead of just having it be the SJ broadcast because they work for NBC as Sharks commentators.
