I wash shocked that Skinner wasn't traded for a whole more - I didn't want to trade for him if it meant giving any picks or prospects, but it appears as if he'll be getting a massive pay day after his performance thus far.

He did have concussion issues earlier in his career as well as pending free agency.

Kings have been linked to Skinner forever. The problem was UFA status and his ask is insanely high, even more so now i'm sure.

Skinner will be looking at 7-8 mil long term contract. Where would that come from without moving at least 2 roster guys? It would be the Dave Taylor special, fill one hole by creating 2.

Watched the Replay, what an absolute beat down. The Kings looked like a peewee team trying to play pond hockey against a legit NHL team.

Take away all the 5 on 3 goals, the turnovers, and flat out skill of Tampa, and the Kings were in it for about 10 min.
