First off, thanks for making this thread. It was necessary after this pathetic start to the season.

Second, I'm absolutely shocked, we're now 7 posts into this thread and nobody has freaked out / overreacted / thought you were being serious and posted some rant about how you're wrong. I've never seen a sarcastic thread go this long without flying right over someone's head

I woke up this morning thinking we needed a thread like this!

This year Giroux:
1- Seems less creative.
2- His continual half turns and passing back and forth with Timonen are a little too telegraphed. He does not have a Hartnell in the high slot to give a short, quick pass to though on the PP.
3- He is passing up shooting opportunities and when he does, he tries to to murder the puck and either fans on it or blasts it wide. Maybe his wrists have not healed!
4- He is glued to playing on the left side at even strength, likely due to his previous PP success there, but was a RW in Gatineau and used to play on the right side on their PP in the limited games I watched. See point 1.
5- He is cursed by the C.
6- He has showed hustle most games, but did have a few where the drive was not there at all.

Ok done. Now 4 points next game please.

Wait Giroux went out with some friends and had some drinks. There are also some women in the background. I guess he didn't sign the dry island list either. Very disappointed in our young captain who has struggled and in general the team has not played we'll under him. You know what there must be a locker room rift and hes obviously not getting along with Lavy. Flyers will sign him and trade him, mark my words
