Didn't suit up and is questionable for the next game? Is it worse than he thought or are they just being cautious? He was saying that "he thinks he got lucky", maybe he didn't? God I hope not the way he's been playing for my fantasy

Cherry just said he didnt suit up for morning skate or pregame either. Perhaps he went to sleep with adrenaline going, and when he woke up today it was a lot worse?

Chances are, they just are being cautious.

Missing 1 game especially on a back to back is not a big deal IMO.

We are going to miss the playoffs anyways. Let him get healthy.

doctors said the cut was not serious. he needed stitches and was limping so likely he was in some discomfort so he didn't attend warmups

They showed him trying to put his equipment on and the padding over the cut was very bulky. I think they just didn't want to risk the cut reopening.

Thankfully for his career he is fine. My hockey pool would've took a thumping too.
