Interesting that Daniel Bukac hasn't signed an ATO,wonder if Boston is walking away from him?

Big dude but skating is suspect. Wasn't bad for ice dogs.

If they want a big defenceman, I'd prefer them to sign Nicky Wolff from Minnesota-Duluth. From what I saw in the OHL playoffs, I'd pass on signing Bukac. Too slow for my liking.

Like to see Steen come over, now that his season is finished. World Championships may be an opportunity. The problem is when the better quality NHL guys get eliminated they would bounce guys that are not a given. Just looking at this series, Mojo, Nordy or Andreas Johnsson could get a call.

Early 90's B's ECHL affilliate was indeed Charlotte Checkers coached by ex Black Hawk John Marks. New Hampshire native Matt Robbins was one of top players and they won ECHL Jack Riley Cup in 96

He looked shaky at the start and took a huge hit into the end boards in the first. Sort of leveled it out and was okay the rest of the way.

He just scored again today.

Funny thing about his stint with providence, he was 14th in ahl among d under age 25 in shots/game. Only difference is he had 0 goals, the rest all had 5+.

Nice to see him start to get his goals in. Still haven't really been able to watch him, but what he did in NCAA as a freshman is really impressive. Hoping he signs a pro contract sooner than later.
