Clearly someone who hasn't been subjected to enough corporate self help books!.......”they’re mostly focused on rounding out a player’s game and maybe not enough focus on improving their strengths.” I’m confused.
The theory is that it is more efficient & effective to invest in improving your natural strengths vs. spending inordinate focus bringing your weak points up to par. Do what you do, do it well, and let your teammates complement you.
