Now the question is did they find the cocaine, or "find" the cocaine?

If Chung stupidly left it out in the open for everyone to see then that indictment might have legs. If the cops tore up half the house to find it, then no, probable cause doesn't cover it.
Seems like the easy out could be that whoever broke in and set off the alarm left the cocaine. Especially if it was just out in the open.

can't quite figure out what the whole Michael Bennet story is. benched all season, what happened
He's truly a 4-3 DE playing in the Pats 3-4 base defense. He's effectively depth and a rotational/situational player. Kind like Chris Long was for us a few years ago. I'm sure he's unhappy not getting on the field more but it's not like our defense is struggling so...

A 2 for 1 special - drunk driving and gun possession. :amazed:

from cbssports.com:

Minnesota Vikings safety Jayron Kearse was pulled over and jailed around 5:30 a.m. ET Sunday morning according to local authorities via Paul Walsh of the Star Tribune. The defensive back was arrested on suspicions of drunk driving and possessing a gun in public without a permit.

Kearse reportedly drove around a construction barricade onto a closed portion of Interstate 94. Upon being pulled over, the state trooper 'observed signs of alcohol impairment' and recorded a 0.10, which is above the legal limit.

The Vikings have addressed the matter:

"We are aware of Jayron's arrest and are gathering additional information at this time."

I met this goof one night and for once I believe in karma.

from espn.com:

Former NFL player Kellen Winslow Jr. pleaded guilty Monday to raping an unconscious teen in 2003 and to sexual battery involving a 54-year-old hitchhiker in a deal that spared him the possibility of life in prison.

Winslow initially hesitated and seemed to agonize over his decision.

"I'm sorry. I'm just not thinking very clearly,'' Winslow told the judge at one point.

He asked the judge for more time before he finally entered the guilty pleas moments before he was about to be retried on six felonies including kidnapping, sodomy, forced oral copulation and two charges of forcible rape in San Diego County Superior Court that could have sent him to prison for life if he was convicted.

In exchange for his plea, the court agreed to sentence him to between 12 and 18 years in prison for the two charges and dismiss the others.

McDowell was sentenced to 153 days in jail over the incident with police and his second drunken driving offense, with credit for 66 days served, and another 244 days in jail for the stolen property offense.

Oakland County (Michigan) Circuit Court judge Michael Warren also ordered McDowell to write four essays ranging from 750 to 1,000 words about finding meaning in life other than committing crimes, the importance of respecting the rule of law, the principles of the Declaration of Independence and how his behavior undermined them and the importance of respecting property rights.

The Seahawks, who waived McDowell with an injury designation in March, filed a lawsuit against him in May, seeking to recoup $799,238 of his signing bonus.
