Nhl network radio says cut off point for playoffs in west is like 93 points right now, so we need like 5 points in our remaining 16 games.

Vancouver have been dragged into the wild card race in the West. Hopefully Avs can twist the dagger just a little bit.

Hoping for a W tonight, but not feeling optimistic.

The Canucks are a definite step up in competition from the Wings and Ducks.

I keep looking at this depleted roster and thinking other clubs have no business losing to it. Every group of players outside of the top line and top D pairing (probably them too) are playing a line / pairing above where they should be.

the Canucks are holding 00's night.

Keeping with that theme the Avalanche should slaughter them.
Ah, sucks they're apparently not wearing the jerseys in the game. Which by the way were hella ugly in the 2000's but it would've been cool now.

By the way, this is from their website:
Prominent names from that era include Ed Jovanovski, Sami Salo, and Dan Cloutier. Mattias Ohlund, Trevor Linden, and the Sedins were key members of those teams as well, though they’ve already been back to Rogers Arena this season.
Yikes, yikes.

I mean, I, for one, am just here to point out every time Hughes does something wrong. If that dummy even slightly coasts to the bench rather than hauling ass you bet you're gonna hear about it :sarcasm:
