Last game, so OEL and Goose can play 35 minutes.
Speaking of the last game, I thought Strome would come out and have his best game, but instead I think he had his worst since the call up. His FO's was terrible. He bobbled the puck all night, wasn't involved in the play, just sitting back. He had his moments but overall a real disappointing game by him. Mind you, the whole team with the exception of a few players were not good. Any who, the kids got another year of experience. We have to add more talent and hopefully we get lucky in the draft to address one of those missing pieces. We have score around 30 more goals next year, and in the same breath our goals against have to come down. Maybe if we had any resemblance of a PP we could have had a few more wins, but that has to be addressed.

Fixing the power play is job #1 this off season, as far as I’m concerned.
Agreed, if Maclean is vital for culture, keep him around for that but get him away from the PP and bring someone else in.

We didn't score 4 on 3 either. And 10:54 of 4 on 3 time isn't chump change.

We had the 2nd most 4 on 3 time and the 3rd most 5 on 3 time. Got zip out of it.

I wonder how much the PP can improve simply from talent infusion.

Let's say we draft Svechnikov and sign Mike Green.

We roll out Keller, Stepan, Svechnikov, Ekman-Larsson, Green.

Second unit can be Perlini, Strome, Domi, Chychrun, Goligoski.

Im not convinced its a talent problem

I watch our PP and I just see guys standing around waiting for the puck. Nobody ever seems to move around without the puck trying to create passing lanes. All we end up doing is passing the puck from the half wall to the blueline and taking a shot which gets blocked

Talent infusion and the kids getting better. Better FO% will help also.

That is what I see also, but with more talent I think the PP gets much better. We have to get better in the dot, and not always chasing the puck.

Who will be in front of the net on either PP?

EDIT: Beaten to it.

Game was fun to be at overall... Was really hoping to at least not get shut out. But as any Coyotes fan knows, can't always get what you want haha.

Been a rollercoaster season and I can't believe it's over already. I can't wait for next season. Biggest thing to look forward to now is the lottery and maybe some playoff bandwagoning! (Although we will see how that lottery actually goes)

Let’s do exactly what you said, please. Please?
