Hopefully it is obvious to the coaching staff that Heinen and Bjork should play. Not only active in O zone but winning pucks, creating turnovers much more than "specialists" Backes and Acciari.

Panarin will NEVER sign here. Boston has a bad reputation for Russians going back to Sergei Samsonov.

He wants to go to a city with a large Russian population (NY, LA or Chicago) and Boston's is small and is dominated by St Petersburg natives who do not get along with people who grew up east of Moscow like himself.
I've never wanted him, so that doesn't bother me at all.

Panarin? Why would Columbus trade him? And who do we have to trade in return?
Will u give a McAvoy or a Debrusk
Cuz ur going have to start with thT
I dunno, he is a name and a game breaker. Guess everything is great, lets keep who we have. One line teams are awesome

People are actually blaming Marchand for that goal??

Carlo had more than enough time and space to handle that puck and make a play with it. He straight up bobbled it. And he blew a scoring chance earlier in the OT driving to the net.

That is straight up all on Carlo.

I’m not blaming Marchand for the goal.

I’m saying Marchand doesn’t seem like he really gives a shit about giving up chances the other way 3 on 3. This particular goal was not on him.

I’ll take the good with the bad. But, it wouldn’t hurt for him to give a little bit more of a shit about trying to adhere to a system in the defensive zone during OT.

This team sucks.

They should tank.

Gotta be drunk to think this is a playoff team.

You've made your point.
I little harsh but i live in Montreal and the stupid Habs has been way better and i hate that!!!! I believe we miss something. If the , Habs and Leafs keep playing like that ye are doom because Tampa is goona rise up. We need somebody perfect to play with David K ( and its an been a difficult journey! ).

4-2-2 “102 point pace”

Missing 3 of our top 4 D
Offense snake bitten

We will be fine everyone it will be okay this is 100% a playoff team it’s Ocotober hockey...panic in December if you want but never get to high or low about October games
Wise. Lot of overreacting about a 3rd game in a West coast road trip where the team lost 3 starters day of with a lot of youth.

This a good team. Things will even out. Not time to panic

Hard to predict how this team will do. I think they'll make the playoffs but have to say ..they look bad on this road trip. Im not interested in a bubble playoff team ..I really would rather get the number one for next few years rather then face repeated quick playoff exits.

As if he’s playing with a no talent hack in Jake DeBrusk.

I don’t want to start ripping on DK, but the “he’s actually awesome, it’s just that he never has anyone ‘good’ to play with” thing has gotten incredibly tiring.

Generally, great centers give their wingers inflated stats. If the guy was still as good as is implied by a majority of this board, he’d have far better numbers than he does despite the fact that he doesn’t have grade A line mates.

Are you drunk? Very clearly a turnover at center ice by Marchand.

On what planet is that not a giveaway

He’s trying to gain possession after his line mates gives up the puck.

If you never even gain possession, you’re not giving it away.

Please don’t argue it. You’re just wrong. If you showed one more second of action prior to where this video began, you would see what actually occurred.

I'll disagree with this too... But not as harshly.

I don't see "don't give a s***" Marchand on the OT. He even dropped his shoulder and tried to drive the puck into the net against two defenders himself tonight. It's not apathy.

If you're upset about taking risks, I also can't get on board with ya. It's 3-on-3, man. It's not actual NHL hockey. It's ****in' NBA Jam.

Better execution? Yeah I'm with ya there. It hasn't looked good.

Anyone who thinks this is a playoff team is drunk.

some people who think this is a playoff team are drunk but its Saturday night... that's allowed

and some like me simply realize that we are 4-2-2 after 8 games... 10 points in 8 games works out to 103 in an 82 game schedule

anyone with a tiny bit of realistic understanding of how the regular season works and who makes the playoffs would realize that every single team with 100 points in history has made the playoffs

this is despite the team 'sucking' in your opinion

someone sucks here... it might be a fan/poster... but the bruins are on a decent run.

once rask starts playing to his norm... some of the kids get over their snakebite... team tightens up defensively... it will be good

marchand/pastrnak/Bergeron wont stay so hot the whole season... but its playoffs that matter. lets hope they are hot then and yes we are absolutely going to be there. sorry to 'disappoint' you. honestly you seem to really enjoy being naively negative and I do feel you would be disappointed when they make it

sad/// sad and shameful...

Lol mr. make believe just said Marchand passed the puck back to Carlo, which clearly never happened. Regardless Marchand needs to collect that puck and someone else needs to get back on defense.

Point being it’s not Carlos fault and Marchand certainly didn’t pass the puck to Carlo like Mr make believe said he did.

Not Carlos fault he was left on an island by his teammates in a 2 on 1 situation.

David is a great player and is linemates varies greatly but he should be better. Debrusk is very far from the worst he played with by the way.

I’m talking about his overall play during overtime and you are citing small splices.

I am not trying to say this OT loss was on Marchand, or that he shouldn’t be out there in OT...just that he is very lax in the defensive zone during OT.

I would doubt myself far more if I didn’t have others agreeing with me, but it’s readily apparent from watching.

Still an elite player.

This is AFTER Carlo coughs up the puck!

Marchand doesn't even have possession.

That's what people are upset about? That he couldn't make a play on two different opponents trying to cover for his teammate who gifted up the puck at the blueline?

Tough crowd.

He’s got two guys encroaching on him from the other team with a bouncing puck at center ice.

He “needs to collect that puck”. If only the game was that easy...
