A few good games this week and maybe we can rest our stars the final couple of games. Here's hoping for a good solid all around performance.

For whatever reason Detroit has been on TV a decent amount lately, and they are an odd team. At times they control play against good teams, and show some speed. But they are playing a very perimeter game right now, and it leads to a lot of low-percentage shots. Hopefully we can take advantage and get the 2 points.

This space.
How many empty lower bowl seats in "hockeytown" tonight :sarcasm:

No idea how Holland still has a job.

Kill em boys
Can't say I blame the empty seats, Detroit isn't exactly known for it's booming economy. People will always spend money they don't have, but will they spend it to watch a team lose? They'd have none left for food, rent, booze and/or hookers.

Funny seeing wings fans ( rangers too) rooting for their team to tank, after all of the years of talking about how we were only good because we tanked to get Crosby and Malkin, and how bad that is for the NHL , while their teams "play the right way".

So basically tanking isnt acceptable, unless its your team that has a chance at a top pick.

This ought to be a blowout but we’ll see...

There are no easy wins in the NHL. No guarantees. I'll be fine with an OT win. I mean Tampa got blown out by Arizona the other day. Don't overlook the opponent. The Skill gap is very small between any two NHL teams.

“Don’t overlook the opponent”

That needs to be drilled into everyone’s head on this team.
