For them yes i believe, as it technically was there pick and performance that caused the lottery pick.

While yes it will be miserable hockey for a while...atleast there should finally be some young guys to watch and cheer for. This year who was our rookie to watch...defensive dman Henry Thrun? Last year was Eklund sure, but other than that we haven't even had any rookies to cheer for during the rebuild/retool.

Cheering for young guys to get points/good looks is wayyyyy better than cheering for Devin Cooley to lose to the Blackhawks on a random Sunday night.
