Not sure how I feel about this one. I get that Tuch is slumping but a demotion might not help.

Tuch and Eakin were a pretty good combo that can get each other going. If Carpy is ready to roll I could be excited.

I think if Tuch gets back in a groove, that is a super solid top 9. Eakin has been much, much better offensively this year so he's not a total scrub.

Tuch likes to get the puck from the defenseman, drive wide, and then make plays with his speed and strength. Dont necessarily need great linemates with a player like that. Just other guys that can get in the slot and look for rebounds.

Now that Oscar is gone, I see Carpenter as the most expendable forward on the team.

I think if Tuch gets back in a groove, that is a super solid top 9. Eakin has been much, much better offensively this year so he's not a total scrub.

Even without the offense he's always been a very responsible defensive forward.

I'd prefer Pirri and Pacioretty switch places on the lines posted in the OP and that would be my ideal line up. Marchy and Bill need a shake up so I'd like to see Stone start with them. Is Pirri back in the press box tonight or playing on the 4th line + pp?

4th line will play with one of Pirri/Zykov/Nosek. Not set in Stone(heh) yet.
