It's early, but so far Vegas isn't looking like the same team as last year. Only two wins out of six and the second worst goal differential in the league at -8. Let's hope the Sabres come ready to play and take control of this one early.

Only their second home game, though, and first since their opening game. I imagine they'll come out fast even if the prevailing wisdom is that a team lags in the first game back from a long trip. I'll say 3-2, OTL.

I believe the Coyotes game RJ said there intent was to travel that night. It's only a 45 minute flight, and given the time zone change, you get to McCarran before you take off from Sky Harbor. @Gras can confirm.

To the board: Is it confirmed Bogo will play tonight, or simply that he made the trip? He's probably sitting in the casino now, soda pop in hand, telling Housley he can't go tonight, and to pencil him in for the SJS / LAK games instead.

Because Arizona doesn't observe daylight savings time, right now they are on Pacific time so there is no time change between there and Vegas. After the November time change they will go back to Mountain time.

My wife's a Phoenician. I knew they didn't switch but always get confused by which half of the year they don't. I am shamed.
