Yeah but how many are secondary assists?

(And I wondered what we would have to talk about...)

Makes no difference...if you believe in secondary assists. Some are questionable in my mind as to how much they really had to do with a goal while others are definitely instrumental in the goal. Let's just say that Bread was involved in a boatload of goals and in some where he didn't get the second assist but was instrumental in getting the puck into the zone.

Should we start a thread about secondary assists? :sarcasm:

Why did they stop at secondary assists? We need tertiary to understand the full picture.

When it comes to assists, what separates Bread from every other Jacket (and most NHL forwards) is his ability to envision and create passing lanes and space that others simply would not.

More CBJ players should get dogs.

Torts strategy was this.... Bob would have lost vs Tampa regardless but had a chance to beat Montreal... Korpi was a sacrifice fly vs Tampa... Bob was decent vs Montreal, the third goal was 100% on Dope Seth Jones....

Bob didn't lose this game, the Blue Jackets did...

The Blue Jackets better get their shit together soon or no playoffs...

Watch it again Robert, and take that back. It's not on Bob and it's not on Jones either. IIRC it was Foligno and Savard who both went to cover Jordie Benn (not much of a threat), leaving two Habs in front of the net for Jones to cover. When you have two guys to cover you're not supposed to just "pick one", the one you go towards will just back away and leave the other guy completely uncontested in front. He was in the right spot.

Yep. One of them - 71 or 58 - needed to attack and pressure Tatar but they gave him a free pass.
