Not sure if anyone mentioned it directly in the GDT, but this is the second straight game (the first being the Winter Classic) where the Kuraly line took the Hawks to the woodshed all game long.

Let's be honest Hawks laid an egg bigtime. Guess they were due but the kids were buzzing and Krech, Bergy and Marchand were very good.

Weird... thought that game was the best Heinen's looked in a while.

Then I check out the advanced stats, and he's the only Bruin who finished with a negative Corsi.

That's one case where I think you ignore the advanced stats.

Is he better than Heinen or Cehlarik though?

He’s better than Cehlarik

If Heinen can light it up say

It’s much easier to keep Pastrnak with Krejci

DeBrusk is important also

He’s got 15 goals

If he can get 20 that’s a good milestone

He’s been off though like to keep him on LW and needs to be more active around net

Crosby is still the best all around player, IMO. Not as good defensively as Bergy but his offensive skills more than make up for it. Just in another level.

Check out the PPG these days. Bergeron is ahead of Crosby. Crosby still has more offensive flair but Bergeron has significantly closed the gap over the last 2 years or so.

Plus Marchand with 4 points. McAvoy strong again. Kuraly line again made a top line want no part of trying to get the puck in there own zone.

Unfortunately that will never change no matter the game.

Down one early on a weak goal and the league's hottest PP going on a 5 on 3, the game seemed ready to go downhill fast.

A huge PK by the Bruins turned the game completely around.

Best thing about this game is that our young guys drove it. Cehlarik, DeBrusk and Heinen all lead the way to the victory.

It's been so sorely missing this year, but my confidence with the team would have been so much stronger with more of this at times.

When Jack mentions this as a real team builder, I think this is what he means. The addition of Cehlarik, the production of Heinen and now DeBrusk joining the party... Absolutely love it.
