While the optimists among us might call this "a playoff type game" as Florida is one of the many teams we are "chasing", the rest of us know this game is merely the beginning of the end of the season. No playoffs for us!

No problem though our youth will save us!

There's Cale Fleury, who's ah, in Laval.

There's Jesperi Kotkaniemi, who's ah, probably not playing.

Hey, we'll always have this!

Our biggest hope, right now.

And, what a player! Love this kid.

Lineups will be posted after I've gotten up and had breakfast.

I'm praying Poehling is with Domi and Lehkonen, but expecting more Cousins....

I'd still like to see Poehling get some time with Domi. But it doesn't seem like he'll get that opportunity before he's sent down.

100% Cousins over Weise for Claude, agree with remaining lineup. Let the kids play in the AHL and get that confidence thing going , certainly isn't happening consistently at the NHL level...

Yup, a true joy to watch. Could this be a glimpse of what it's like to have an elite offensive player on your team? I hope Suzuki can be that kind of player someday. Will definitely be fun to watch him develop as he matures and get stronger.
