Going to Boston to see Lebron for the first time, so I'll miss this one.

This is the most important time for the Sabres to win in regulation that I can remember this season. Please do it boys.

One of the more nerve-racking games this season. Don't let 'em hem you in kids.

http://www.buffalohockeybeat.com/sabres-evan-rodrigues-piling-up-goals-after-slow-start/

The Boston University product opened the scoring in Tuesday’s 5-4 win, his fifth goal in the last seven contests. His four-game goal streak ended last week.

What has changed? Why has the speedy Rodrigues, who scored just two goals in his first 39 outings, suddenly caught fire?

Well, he said he switched his stick model after the NHL All-Star break last week, going from a Bauer Supreme to Nexus.

“The other one didn’t seem to be working for me,” Rodrigues said. “I got a couple sample sticks in and just liked the way it felt. I figured I’d mix things up since I wasn’t scoring in the beginning of the year.”

That is interesting.

When Risto was dealing with his Warrior sticks blowing up all the time, he switched to a Bauer Nexus twig, as well.

Please win in regulation, No atrocious 2nd. I want a complete game that our squad builds confidence from and helps us on our push.

I haven't really been following but how is Linus doing health wise? Since he rushed off the ice after getting hit stopping Parise's SO attempt the other night.

May rest him tonight if he's feeling a bit off still, even if he's earned another start.

Well, we didn't win the last game in regulation, so that streak isn't threatened here. We need to start stringing together some Ws, however we can get them, to stay in the playoff race though. Let's go Buffalo!

Ridiculous that the NHL doesn't go back to home teams wearing white. I bet if the NHL put it up for a vote, at least 75% of the vote would be in favor. Most hockey fans want to see the Flyers wearing orange, Bruins wearing black and gold, Rags wearing their blues, etc., when those teams come through town. This is so obvious, but, hey, it's the NHL.

Ullmark in goal confirmed. Phil’s child brain is so easy to predict.

Ullmark at home: .900 SV%, 3.41 GAA

October .935 SV% 2.00 GAA
November .922 SV%, 2.93 GAA
December .915 SV% 2.94 GAA
January .902 SV% 3.07 GAA
February .885 SV% 4.27 GAA

On Thursdays .886 SV% 4.82 GAA

Vs. Metropolitan .859 SV% 5.48 GAA

I fear a Ullmark shutout on the way.

Good luck tonight! Hate to see BUF and CAR fighting over what may be one spot left in the playoffs (CBJ results relevant)
