Guess I need better contact lenses. That and an ability to rewind sling.
On the scoring play
Pretty solid defense from panik on burns.
Glad I’m not the only one that saw it.
5 bucks for dvr!
Too rich for my blood!
I saw the puck on Burns' stick, a guy behind the line, and a guy straddling the blue line.
What do I know. What seems on side is off and vice versa. Oh well. Just glad we got a point out of it.
Got home in time to catch the last three minutes of the third and OT. Both teams looked gassed.
Figuring Burns being left open by himself while trailing behind the other Shark was a mental mistake on someone’s part.
Any questions? This is ineptitude on the highest level.
Trying to post picture - not having luck.

Couture straddled the line. Only need one skate on or behind the line.
You're right. Don't know what I was thinking. Any questions? No, because the only answer is that I am an idiot. Yup, totally straddled the line.
I need to see it in motion
Archibald has earned an extension IMO. Just make the next deal two-way.
He is a true sticky-boi. The two-way deal would be academic. Give him a one-way, and he takes it a bit lower. So almost agree with you.
I don’t think so. He’s been good while our already crappy team has already been decimated by injury. If we’re healthy, we need Cousins to be our worst forward. We can’t afford to keep anyone around that’s not at least as effective as Cousins.
EDIT: should qualify that I’m talking about mid twenties guys without upside.
The team is doing amazingly well considering all the injuries to key positions. The fact that we took a fully loaded sharks team to OT and should’ve won is impressive! I can’t wait to see how we play with the whole team together.
It's going to be a long wait. Like...eternity.
Agreed, we stayed right with them the entire game. They should have been ready for us, I think they were. I am starting to think our points are a result of our good play versus the other teams poor play. The team might be coming together, fingers crossed
It definitely is. Night and day difference from last year. Hell, big difference between now and the beginning of the year. It's been a fun ride.
Might be a good idea not to go trade crazy. Allow things to gel. See how we play when we get some guys back. Pray for a lottery win. Maybe we get lucky, and get a rich owner or a better arena situation and we can throw a few bucks around on a UFA that could actually make a difference without destroying our budget.
I think it will all depend on the next three weeks to see if we are sellers. What ever happens, I don't want us to be buyers. With gunslinger Chayka, I expect a trade or two.
