I'm really hoping for a win tonight, but for some reason I think we're about to get smoked (though not as bad as Islanders did). Game 7 will be the deciding game of this series. We unfortunately lose tonight, but win on St Jean.

This has to be the Carey Price show tonight.

This is the closest he's ever been to the cup - and the best chance he'll ever have in his career. He's good enough to win this game all by himself. We need game 5 - it'll be so much harder for us to come back home, with all the distractions of a June 24th game - if we're down 2-3 against a team as good as Vegas.

I know many want Romanov in and Merril out - I'd be fine with that. But i'm more curious about offense.

Is it time to sit Lekh and try to bring in Tatar? The Danault/Tatar/Gallagher line has had awesome 5v5 offense for a few seasons in a row. We could use some more offense, especially from the Danault line where it's been missing.

If coaches feel Tatar is ready to go/motivated as hell - I'd make that switch.

You know, I’m feeling pretty good. I mean, of course we can completely shit the bed, but I’m weirdly confident. Kinda like how I felt when we tied game 3 and went to OT… I knew we would win.

Now, I’m not about to put money down and I’d be lying if I were saying I am not nervously optimistic, but I feel good about tonight.

Before people bag on me, my post history shows I’ve been hard on people predicting cup wins, looking ahead to the next round and not saying things like Price needs to step up. Oh, I did say that…
