Even without our top guns this is a winnable game.

Just win. Get 3 points ahead of Montreal and start to build the cushion again.

There's a morbid part of me that wants to see how the roster looks/plays without Jack and Sam. It'd basically be the Jeff Skinner show or just forfeit and give the other team a shutout... but if it means they get to come back 100% next game and maybe gives the coaching staff some ideas lineup-wise. :naughty:

Hopefully it means less passengers with those two out. Hopefully.

If they are both out it will give Botterill a chance to see a gaping hole other than Skinner and realize there is much work to be done.

I dont think its morbid.. they should be able to play with zemgus and win 2 1
