One of the biggest issues w this team's forecheck is that the do the 90s style dump and change when almost all other teams hold possession and change with possession and THEN dump and forecheck rather than dump and change.

I've also questioned the overall conditioning of this team for years. They constantly seem to gas out before other teams do, shift to shift and also throughout the course of games
