It will be great to see Bergy back in the lineup and hopefully the B's can grab another 2 points

Huh. I could have sworn earlier this year that they announced that Rene would be coming back to do Renémas. (The accent is important - otherwise the word looks like Rene and David Backes are teaming up to promote colon health.) I can't really blame him, though....I hope he's healthy and happy.

This will be a tough game. It'd be great if we had Bergy back, but when he comes back, I want him -BACK-.

That was the plan and I can tell you nobody with the Garden gameday staff knows what changed. All anybody knows is Rene has told people he is never coming back. :cry:

So Ron will play Christmas music and Garden HDX will hawk Winter Classic stuff.

I wonder if the Bruins wear the WC uniforms this afternoon OR wear them in Raleigh on Sunday knowing that game will get a lot of coverage because the Canes will be wearing Whalers uniforms.

I’ve seen teams wear their WC uniforms for a handful of games after the WC, but before?

To me, that would cheapen the experience of the WC even further.

There were rumblings of a 3rd jersey this season based on the late 70s-early 90s uniforms. I’m assuming that’s not happening.

Makes sense not to introduce a new 3rd jersey the same year you’re trying to push the WC stuff.

I thought they wear the WC uniforms for the first time at the WC? I don't remember them wearing it before in previous years, but then again I have a hard time remembering what I ate for dinner last night :laugh:
