I sincerely feel badly for the NJ fan base as you guys came into the season with a lot to be optimistic about but never got on track, now the wheels have completely fallen off.

But since you've asked so nicely:

P.S. Best of luck in your pursuit of a new Head Coach and Staff. Hopefully it's a new voice to inspire your core and up & coming prospects. Maybe there's a Gallant in the rough waiting for his chance.
