I really wish we drafted Ehlers.

Ehlers was 9 overall, Ritchie 10, nothing could've been done there. And after Ritchie, there are only 2 first rounders who have been playing significantly better since the draft - Pastrnak and Larkin.

If you really want to lose sleep over hindsight scenarios -- if the Kesler deal never went down, or if Bob somehow convinced Benning to take something other than the 24th overall pick, we could've walked away from the 2014 draft with both Larkin AND Pastrnak. Without Kesler we also likely don't have a playoff run like we did in 2015, but it'd be interesting to see what our team would look like these days...
