100% agreed , he was on the ice for mostly all pk goals and Jeff Petry offensive season explains alot why Edmundson +/- is that much boosted.

Because the way hes playing defensively is bordeline dangerous and offensively , let's not even talk about it.

But ill reply to you why Petry is +15 only . It's because Petry is used more often in certain situations where habs need a goal , like powerplay where you dont get any +1 if you are on the ice and he's overused on certain occasions like overtime where habs are 0-5 and end game situation when we trail by one , Weber and Petry are on the ice. Like Edmundson is never in OT , poweplays and end game situations.

Also shows you that +/- is a stat that don't reflect everything.

Won't show you examples but Mcdavid had 97 points in 64 games and was still -6 because 65% of his points are on the powerplay.


On this I hope Romanov destroys Ehlers again .

Im disagree with it. He is not facing matthieu perreault. That was scheiffle, ehlers the most of the game he was facing. Sometimes its easy to bash a dman, but it was not facing theirs plumbers. He made mistake. But in general he did a pretty good job. In the corner. He will win every battle. He could be better in front of the net. He blocked shot. He moves well his stick to break play rapidly. Its easy to say sometimes. He made mistake. Yeah, against who?. Scheiffle or beaulieu?
