Every goalies sees it when they play the CBJ.
Bob says the way to break out of a slump is to play the Jackets.
Funny thing, I was just having that same conversation with the husband when you typed about Bob being moved to a snowy market. Just for giggles, the current temperature in Bob's Russian hometown is 31... Quebec City is 18.
[Dear Lord, please let Elvis win a game this year. In the NHL. In a Blue Jacket's jersey.]
Good saves by Bob, five-hole on Elvis coming across his crease to someone wide open on the back door.
This weekend will be rock bottom for me. Panarin scores the game winner on Thursday and Bob will get a shutout tonight while the team is still completely unable to generate any offense.
That will actually require scoring some goals and they seem to have extra trouble doing that when Elvis gets the start.
Do you or anyone know if they could use the Nords name again? Did that opportunity die when the club was sold and shipped to Colorado?
The Jets got their name back so I'm sure its feasible to work out the rights to do it.
Slumpbusters since 2000......
Sure, Winnepeg Jets, past and present.
I'd hope it would be that easy
Elvis should practice shooting into the opposing net. Seems to as reasonable an expectation as the team scoring enough to win.
Gavrikov gonna have PTSD after that shift.
I hear he like ripping slappers during warmups. He might shoot better than others on the team.
Broadcast even blows tonight
Wonder if he's ever considered playing in goal...
Good kill and Gavrikov paid the price a couple times there.
Torts will love Gav for that shift
Last goal had Elvis like
We don't look even REMOTELY threatening on offense.
You're right. Tonight is an offense to offense.
A candid talk about this team with MacLean would sure be interesting...
Will there ever be a day the hockey gods allow one of these scenarios to go the Jackets’ way?
Can they score 2 goals in the third?
4 goals on 106 shots in the last 8 periods of play.
