Preds are missing their top scorer (Colin Wilson), so it will likely be an even more wide open game than usual :sarcasm:

I really hope AV does the sensible thing and puts Ballard in for Alberts

Hamhuis-Garrison
Edler-Tanev
Ballard-Barker

Ugh, come on NHL. Can we get at least one exciting team in the mix there?

At least they are all out of our division next year, so I think we only see each team twice. On a downer note, we have to play the pacific teams a whole lot more and according to the Zombotron's chart up there we have the least success against those teams.

heck
I got bored last game and made up a drinking game

1 drink:
- Keith Ballard is a healthy scratch
- Edler/Garrison miss the net with a slapshot
- Refs miss a penalty
- Ebbett is used on the PK
- Any Canuck dives
- Either Sedin is facewashed
- Sportsnet uses a horrible camera angle for longer than 5 seconds

2 drinks:
- Alex Edler breaks his stick
- Raymond falls down on his own while skating
- Luongo lets in a goal while on his stomach
- Schneider lets in a goal while attempting the play the puck
- Ballard or Hamhuis does a hipcheck

3 drinks:
- Canucks score a PP goal
- Booth makes a great pass in the offensive zone
- Kesler scores while being a one man army when entering the offensive zone
- Burrows scores a shootout goal without using the fake forehand backhand shot

Chug your drink:
- Tanev/Henrik Sedin takes a shot when they're wide open
- Dale Weise wins a fight
- Don Cherry pronounces Bieksa's or Luongo's name properly

I think Gillis made this team into one that could compete in the Northwest division..come this off season, I believe his plan will have to be to make this team into a Pacific division team..what all that will entail I'm not sure.

I'm not sure what the outcome will be, but the Sedins will proabably score, and proabably a defensman too.

I know who will not score however.

I wonder why they don't split the Sedins up and put Daniel at center on the second line? It's not like being a one line team is a giant advantage for the Canucks.

Sedins are motivated by competition. Do you think Henrik would notice if Daniel's line was outscoring his?

If Daniel is a fail at center, I still think it makes theoretical sense to present some sort of second line to the opposition. Could Henrik center the third line on some shifts?

Someone needs to photoshop Dale Weise's face onto Arnold Schwarzenegger's body from Predator....you know, because Arnie kills the Predator.

3 goals in 5 career games vs. Nashville for the Weisinator.
