The fact that Brett Ritchie is guaranteed not only a spot in the lineup but a spot on the second line the minute he's healthy enough to play, is infuriating.
Considering he's one of the only healthy natural RWs they have and Senyshyn/Kuhlman are out I don't see the problem. The wings spots are always going to be in flux in the middle six.

What other option is there? Zach on LTIR, is there anyone else in Provy? Backes is likely done? Ritchie has been fine, takes the body when he can and has chipped in offensively. And he came in handy for sure against the Sharks. He is not a savior but he is a good soldier.

He has been all of that, but he's not a 2RW. Hopefully just a place holder for now.

Pleasantly warm, AZ
We need more grit and fighting ability on the team.

Trade for Kuemper.
Was at the AZ game on Saturday. Kuemper was taking no shit at all. Can confirm Matthew Tkachuk is a punk.

Kuemper has got to be in the early conversation for Vezina as well. He's been awesome so far.

As for tonight's game, I like the lineup...except for 2RW. I know why Ritchie is there, with him being a natural RW, but that doesn't mean I have to like it.

Knowing Bruce he wont stay there if its stale play after a few shifts. The problem is that I KNOW he will move him down to the 3rd which is exactly when I dont want him to do.
