Felt bad for Jones especially after the heroics last year cause without him there is no Play-offs games.Always liked Soucy Size and Sprong's goal scoring ability and net/play Drive

Soucy got 3 years @ $3.2m with a NTC. He wasnt going to get that here when GMRF specifically stated he targeted Dumo because of the 2 year term.

Sprong got a "show me" deal, presumably with the promise of better-than-4th-line ice time + PP minutes and a chance to get away from Hakstol riding him about his 2-way play. Again, wasnt going to get that in Seattle.

In Sprong's case a Shame the Kraken let him walk you don't replace 21 goals overnight

I dont think this team is as good as we were last year but i also dont think were as bad as we were this first year some where in the middle is where id guess.
