Here we are rolling into game two and we're getting a good idea how are team is looking as we progress into this season. Coming off strong performances from our youngsters in the 2020 playoffs, we were further augmented by key off season moves. However, things didn't quite work out as we may had hoped after the season opener.

Last night OT loss to leafs

Overtime shifts

Danault 2
Byron 2
Suzuki 0.

Someone should write that down and hand it to Julien.

Oh, my friend... he did actually.

All jokes aside, it'll be an interesting test against the usual suspects like McDavid and Draisaitl. I thought our defence looked a little slow at times against Toronto. Lineups for tonight:

Tatar - Danault - Gally
Drouin - Suzuki - Anderson
Toffoli - KK - Armia
Lehks - Evans - Byron

Chiarot - Weber
Edmundson - Petry
Kulak - Romanov

This was confusing or maybe im still asleep

I can’t be sure, but if you’ve seen American Psycho, this was a pretty iconic scene where a bunch of privileged high level executives are doing something as childish as comparing business cards. As the scene plays out, the cards get more impressive.

I think that’s the joke here as each overtime unit gets more impressive or at least better than what we iced Wednesday. I do like the business cards getting a little more fancy as each guy presented LOL!

Hoping we realize our 'Wedge' power play strategy is terrible and will get eaten alive by most teams.

If we still are using the 1-1-2 formation, McDavid walks in from the sidewall and rips one high-shelf, glove side. Calling it now...

I expect another high score, tight game. Run and gun for 60 minutes.
Habs never been good in Edmonton so I would be happy with one point.

True, not just in Edmonton but on west coast swings where Habs have traditionally struggled. We do have a fairly different team this year, let's see how it plays out. Like W3K, I'm not confident about Edmundson.

You're right, Habs record stinks in EDM lately for some reason. If we can get out of the two game series with 3 points I would be extremely happy.
