You should be fine - sometimes I've made it from campus area to the arena in about 50 mins on weekdays using my shortcuts (and quite possibly illegal driving skills), but remember that with the banner raising ceremony, the game won't actually start until probably 8:10pm, possibly later with team introductions and the like....
