Hey tech savvy friends of the forum. Can someone advise on how to watch a decent or good quality feed on the comp?

I know where the standard links are like wizi, cric, etc. But they are all blurry and crappy to say the least. Granted my laptop is a Lenovo and may be an issue but I'd imagine I could still get a better picture. Paying is cool with me if it's not a fortune too.
