Too many turnovers this period. Period.
Interesting strategy by PLD. "Oh, you're going to grab on to me? Well, I guess that means we're going to have a collision with Price."
Where is PLDs backup? WTF
Too many men on the ice on that goal!
That goal went off Seth's stick, look at his and Elvis' reactions.
Not a bad goal, just bad luck.
There's a part of me that's thinking that Elvis simply didn't expect the shot. Which would be another one of those "they shoot from everywhere" issues that was catching him off guard in the preseason. Which would hopefully be something he eventually fixes.
A clean look at a weak shot from the blue line has to be saved every time even with a deflection.
...and if that applied in this case, maybe you would have a point.
Weird goal, it was even falling when it got to Elvis.
Robinson! Get back out there. We need another goal!
And Montreal wouldn't.
Let's see how Elvis handles a tie game with 20,000+ bearing down on him.
Passing has been horrible this period. Need more possession time.
I will bring the good juju when I switch over from the Cavs game
While we debate whether Elvis’s one shot that’s got by him out of 29, Bob has found himself yanked again after 2 periods , for giving up 4 goals
Those that haven't played goal wouldn't understand...not that easy to stop a deflected puck, you're already tracking where it was supposed to go.
In any event, I'm leaving for my own game.... hope to come back to positive results!
Passing has been horrible all season.
Jones has been sloppy at times but Zach is hacking me off this period.
4th line has been good....and might even reach the 10 minute TOI mark tonight.
It's not what he did. It's what he does NEXT.
Alright J2F guarantee - Wennberg with the winning goal with 5:03 left
Keep throwing them out there. They look dangerous every trip down the ice.
Good effort, good puck retrieval, fan****ingtastic board battles, good plays in mind, but for G-d's sake the passes...
