Because ever since a 2nd player got caught with an illegal substance that improves play, the rest of the team had to stop taking that substance or else they all risk suspension.

I hate the third line so much. Another thing I've noticed about why this is bad for Glass' development is Eakin and Nosek/Pirri lose the puck a lot so Glass does a lot more chasing/hustling back defensively than he does anything else.

I know Gallant made comment about Fleury practicing less in order to play more games, has he actually done that? Fleury is the leader of this team and if he is around less during preparation that could trickle to the rest of the team.
