I mean you watch most teams that the Oilers have played against and they pepper our goalies with shots. Look at most of Skinners games. He sees like 40 shots a game. Oilers are lucky if they hit 25-30 shots in a game. 80% of pur powerplay is spent passing the puck around the perimeter looking for the Drai 1 timer. Change it up. Shoot more. Stop passing the the puck so much looking for the perfect play or tap in.

We give up lots of shots. And our D hasn’t been good. Team effort all around has been inconsistent. I’d caution calling us to be a volume shooting team with the talent we have though… waiting for and only shooting our shot when we’ve created something in the A+++ chance category is kind of what makes our team go and big reason we took out Calgary.

Same goalie coach, same problems. From Woodley on Gregor’s show- Campbell is not square to the shooter. We are also seeing the same Schwartz problems - weak on post, poor laterally, not square (gets beat from distance). Too bad they didn’t bother to figure out what Skinner was last year (Koskinen was more important to play). Should have signed Comrie and split duties and upgraded D. Too bad Holland is a GM who signs on reputation

Yamo was another horrible signing at $3M. Went on a 20 game bender. Sucked before then and sucked after.
