Issue number one is the first issue we're going to talk about. Numbers don't tell lies. They also don't speak the truth, but they could be lying. The Hawks department has gone off to a nice start, but their effort hasn't been all there. Coach Quenneville has seemingly put all the blame on fourth line forward Brandon Pirri.

Personally, I don't think the checking line is suited for a non-checking checker like Brandon Pirri. This is where the controversy of this story gets even more controversial. Michal Handzus, the current #2 center has shown his age, he's looking slow, and he's making mistakes. I'm about to ask you a question right now, and that question is this. Should Pirri finally be given the opportunity to be that second line center?

Wild fan coming in peace. Was just checking out the Wild's projected lineup on here, and wanted to note that Harding is injured. This will be Backstrom's first start since his injury, however he's still not 100% yet and from his last interview...doesn't appear to be too confident in starting.

So please be gentle. We're a little banged up at the moment. Try to keep it under double digits.
