Woo!

Regular season GDT... though probably the shortest NHL off-season ever, it felt like the longest. Hopefully the boys start the season off with a win.

Toronto will have played in Montreal the night before, so they'll have some meaningful hockey under their collective belts.

Thanks. :)

A couple of members have suggested post-game threads. We will probably have something similar to a Good, Bad, Ugly post-game thread after each game. Whoever wants to comment can grade performances to some degree.

Well, the preseason tempered my excitement for the new season a bit, but I'm still looking forward to this. Let's hope the preseason isn't a sign of things to come.

Also, I expect JVR's going to have a big game, as that would be typical.

I think that'd be a great idea.

Hopefully Rosehill and LSchenn do, too.

just come out and play quality hockey...

a win would be awesome, but mostly i just wanna see a complete 60 min. effort from everyone including the coach..

but im braced for a lackluster 1st period in which we give up the first goal under 2 mins in.

followed by chasing the lead all game, perhaps winning, perhaps not.

UGH.

plz let me be completly wrong and come out firing...

Sounds like Reimer will play tomm so we should get Bernier. I'm happy as it seems Reimer always plays good vs us.

Any hints on who starts for us, I would think Mason ?
