Not nearly as bad as the last few seasons would have you expect. I think they kept the Knights under 40 SOG which is an achievement in itself (low expectations, huh?). I'm optimistic that this season will suck a lot less than the previous ones once everyone's familiar with the new coaches and game plan. That PP however looks just as **** as before but can't have it all I guess?

I'm really out of there loop with the lines that were used during the pre-season but is Carlsson expected to slot where in the lineup when he comes back?

At least we battled harder than in the past years. Some obvious misalignment which I would totally expect with a completely new system, playing against the Stanley Cup Champions.

Clearly a young rookie…. But he used his body and skating well.

I think it’ll take a few games for him to get comfortable with the nhl game and speed
