Tough to pick and choose. Galchenyuk is going to have a good year IMO, since he got experience under his belt already. Drouin has the likes of Stamkos and St. Louis he could very well play with, os that's somethign to keep in mind.
Both are going to play "sheltered" minutes. Gally will be trusted by his coaches more in his 2nd season, and more likely to get quality ice time so I would go with him this year.
There is also a possibility of Drouin being sent back to juniors. Unlikely, but it wouldn't be shocking.
I would take Drouin if it was long term keeper (I think his ceiling is higher in how your league does points), but Gally isn't far off.
