I think that SRV/King recording was done in a small studio in Hamilton just a few blocks away from my house at the time.

I'm probably going to flip between the hockey game and the Daytona 500. My interest in NASCAR has declines significantly over the last few years, but it is Daytona and the at worst I end up getting a very nice nap.

They had a series of them. They'd pair a couple of musicians. I think Jonny Winter and Muddy Waters was one duo, maybe John Hammond Jr? Great idea, but at the time everyone was listening to Duran Duran, and they ran out of money.

Blues (not R&B/pop) is a lot like Jazz, where it has to be introduced to a person. It's a niche audience that doesn't get much radio air time.
