We already have both Kaprizov and Boldy coming, we have Dumba reaching his prime. Get a good player at the top of the 1st this year and they could make real hay.how???? explain how we get out of years of being the definition of average

Yeah agree, Zucker has been a bright spot this game though.Zucker needs to practice that move in close...Nino used to be good at that
then you don't know the rule
[TBODY] [/TBODY]
69.1 Interference on the Goalkeeper - This rule is based on the premise that an attacking player's position, whether inside or outside the crease, should not, by itself, determine whether a goal should be allowed or disallowed. In other words, goals scored while attacking players are standing in the crease may, in appropriate circumstances be allowed. Goals should be disallowed only if: (1) an attacking player, either by his positioning or by contact, impairs the goalkeeper's ability to move freely within his crease or defend his goal; or (2) an attacking player initiates intentional or deliberate contact with a goalkeeper, inside or outside of his goal crease. Incidental contact with a goalkeeper will be permitted, and resulting goals allowed, when such contact is initiated outside of the goal crease, provided the attacking player has made a reasonable effort to avoid such contact. The rule will be enforced exclusively in accordance with the on-ice judgement of the Referee(s), and not by means of video replay or review. For purpose of this rule "contact", whether incidental or otherwise, shall mean any contact that is made between or among a goalkeeper and attacking player(s), whether by means of a stick or any part of the body. The overriding rationale of this rule is that a goalkeeper should have the ability to move freely within his goal crease without being hindered by the actions of an attacking player. If an attacking player enters the goal crease and, by his actions, impairs the goalkeeper's ability to defend his goal, and a goal is scored, the goal will be disallowed. If an attacking player has been pushed, shoved, or fouled by a defending player so as to cause him to come into contact with the goalkeeper, such contact will not be deemed contact initiated by the attacking player for purposes of this rule, provided the attacking player has made a reasonable effort to avoid such contact.

So where was this earlier in the game?

You mean this one that doesn't excuse the contact between Hartman and Murray?

Boldy is playing center, could be the center we've been dreaming of.That's next year..Staal will be gone and Koivu is what..do we resign him for next year? Suter and Parise will be a year older and a year slower. Getting a good player this years draft requires a high end pick. Leipold is against finishing near the bottom to acquire that high end pick. I swear it's the same delusion every year with us
I bolded the part that you're looking for[TBODY] [/TBODY]

Vikings are 3-2... I wouldn't yet lump them with the hot mess that is the Wild or the Speed bump the Twins were for the Yankees. The Wild, Twins, and Vikes are really abusing their fans this fall.
Boldy is playing center, could be the center we've been dreaming of.
Also, we're talking how this could not drag on for several years. We have talent coming next year.

We have a very solid top 4. Although Goalie might be a problem sooner than later. We have talent coming next year while the talent we have now moves out next year. I'm psyched about Kaprizov..I think he is the real deal..Boldy I like a lot. but our nucleus of talent right now are aging slow players. Our young guns aren't becoming what we want. We need a few years of solid top picks and prospects to become elite
You keep saying that like it makes a bit of difference. Are you really arguing that Hartman intended to slide into the net on his back? If that isn't your argument, then what could have possibly happened for Hartman to end up doing just that? Was there any contact with an opposing player perhaps? I wonder if that's covered in the f***ing rulebook? Oh wait, it sure is.Yeah I included that part because it's one of the parts I read.
Hartman was not pushed, shoved or fouled by Guentzel so as to cause him to come into contact with the goalkeeper.
So for like the 6th time, it was goaltender interference.
If you're going to reply again, please post a clip of the play so I know you've actually watched it more than the first time as it happened live.
I've watched it multiple times now. And every single time, Hartman initiates contact with Guentzel, loses his balance, and slides into Murray without any extra help from Guentzel or any attempt to avoid contact with Murray.
You mean like Edmonton? They're so elite with their decade of top picks. We have talent coming next year while the talent we have now moves out next year. Ok, that I will grant you.Cousins as the QB is a form of abuse...
